Since starting out at Investors Realty as an Industrial brokerage specialist in 2011, Kevin has successfully handled almost 500 transactions spanning 7.56 million square feet of industrial space and 500 acres of industrial land. These deals combine close to $220 million in total value. Kevin has been named a CoStar Top Power Broker four times for industrial transaction volume. He has received his CCIM designation in 2018 and is in the final stages of his SIOR designation - two of the most prestigious in the industry.
