Kevin is a third generation real estate investor and has been actively working with Schoolfield Properties since 1999. He owns and manages a portfolio of 745,143 square feet of retail, industrial, professional office and flex space. He has developed more than 1,500 residential lots and manages more than 100 mobile home rental lots.
Kevin graduated in 1995 from Appalachian State University with two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Anthropology and one in Philosophy & Religion. He is married and has three children. His memberships and interests include:
