Mr. Peterkin joined EJF in 2018 and has over 20 years of real estate industry experience.
Prior to joining EJF, Mr. Peterkin was a Director of Multifamily Development at Kettler Inc., where he focused on market feasibility, site feasibility, underwriting, due diligence and development project management. Mr. Peterkin received his BA and MA in Geography from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MS in Real Estate from John Hopkins University.
