Kevin Partington has been involved with commercial real estate in the Sacramento Market specializing in office leasing and investment sales since 1994. For the last 19+ years Kevin has been one of the top 5 brokers within Colliers International’s Sacramento office and the Cushman & Wakefield Sacramento office. In 2012, Kevin participated in over 77 transactions totalling more than 1.9 million square feet. He has been consistently nominated for Sacramento Broker of the Year over the past 12 years and has won the prestigious Broker’s Choice Award which is selected by the brokerage community. In January 2011, he and the entire CROS team made a switch to Cushman & Wakefield to grow the Sacramento brokerage operation. In 2012 Kevin completed the largest Tenant Representation assignment in Sacramento history for Sutter Health. In 2013, Kevin’s title was elevated to Executive director for the Sacramento office of Cushman & Wakefield.
