With more than 25 years of experience at Colliers International, Kevin has focused his entire career on office property leasing and sales in the Minneapolis Suburban Market. Kevin consistently ranks among our top salespeople in Colliers Minneapolis - St. Paul and has been named a member of the Colliers International Everest Club, which recognizes the top ten percent of all Colliers brokers in the United States. Kevin has completed more than 1,600 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of over 7 million SF of space with total consideration of more than $1.5 billion. Kevin’s thorough understanding of the office market combined with his straightforward and honest approach has fostered many long term relationships with local and national owners of office buildings.
