Kevin Lachoff is a client-focused leasing & sales professional, working out of a West Los Angeles office, where he has worked closely with David Lachoff and a variety of strategic partners since 2004. Mr. Lachoff represents owners, developers, landlords and tenants with ability and integrity in a variety of retail and office leasing and sales transactions. His strong negotiating skills, dedication and commitment have earned him an impressive reputation. He began his career as the 2006 winner of Grubb & Ellis' "Rookie of the Year" award and is an alum of NAIOP SoCal's respected YPG program (2006-07).
Mr. Lachoff is a Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, having served as Chair in 2015. A board member since 2009, he has been in a Vice Chair role from 2010 to 2012, 2014, and 2016-2023. He chaired the Governmental Affairs Committee in 2011 and 2012, and shared responsibility for the chamber's political action committee and Young Professionals Group from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Lachoff also serves as President of the Culver City Downtown Business Association. He is a frequent participant in the West Hollywood Broker Roundtable, member of the industrywide International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP. He has been a member of the honorary land economics society, Lambda Alpha International (LAI) since 2018.
Mr. Lachoff served from 2012 - 2020 as an appointed commissioner for the Culver City Planning Commission, having served as Vice Chair in 2014/15 and 2019/20, and Chair in 2015/16. In 2020, the City Council appointed Mr. Lachoff to the Finance Advisory Committee. He has previously served on the Culver City's Advisory Committee on Redevelopment from 2011 to 2012, and on its Landlord/Tenant Mediation Board from 2010 to 2012.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Lachoff holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Film Studies.
