Kevin Keane is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry in the Metropolitan Baltimore area. His experience includes commercial leasing and sales as well as commercial real estate appraisal.
As a Senior Vice President with David S. Brown Enterprises since 2003, Kevin has focused primarily on commercial real estate brokerage. As a Landlord Representative, Kevin has negotiated commercial office and retail leases on behalf of David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd., General Growth Properties, and A&R Development. As a Tenant Representative, he has represented a diverse group of clients in fields such as education, medicine, dentistry, law, and finance including LifeBridge Health, Baywood Hotels, OrthoMaryland and Offit Kurman law firm.
In addition to brokerage, Kevin's professional experience in commercial real estate appraisal provides a strong foundation of real estate valuation and analysis which benefits the firm’s clients.
