As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Colliers St. Louis, Kevin leads a team of 50 professionals specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, corporate solutions, and capital markets. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Kevin has developed several long-term client relationships, becoming their trusted real estate advisor. Specifically, Kevin specializes in office, industrial and land projects, guiding his clients through various leasing, sales, and acquisition assignments. His strategic, thoughtful approach to real estate has made him a recognized industry leader.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kevin was Managing Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. During his time at Gateway, Kevin worked with several large occupier clients such as Federal Express, Monsanto, MiTek (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), AB InBev and Ameren Corp.
As a practicing attorney earlier in his career, Kevin represented institutional owners and lenders. He also served as an institutional asset manager and corporate real estate director. In those roles, he developed proficiency in multi-million-dollar financing, restructuring, acquisition, disposition, and lease transactions.
For several years, Kevin has worked with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He was a member of their Board of Directors for 16 years and continues to support the ministry. In addition, he is actively involved in several racial reconciliation initiatives in St. Louis.
