Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, Mr. Fryman was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap where he was a top young retail investment broker in the Newport Beach office from 2001-2005. Mr. Fryman played a key role in closing over $100,000,000 in shopping center transactions for both private trust and institutional property owners and was recognized in 2004 for his outstanding performance in retail investment sales.
Mr. Fryman graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Finance. Mr. Fryman is a candidate to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has a professional affiliation with the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Fryman resides in Los Alamitos with his wife.
