Currently Managing Director of Meridian Realty, providing brokerage and commercial financing. Kevin previously represented Cornish & Carey Commercial/Newmark Knight Frank, for over 8 years and founded the Wine Services Group. Prior to returning to the commercial real estate business, he spent the previous 15 years providing over $250 million dollars of real estate financing to his clients.
Prior to establishing his mortgage brokerage firm, Kevin began his career in the real estate industry working as a commercial broker with Norris, Beggs & Simpson in Newport Beach/Orange County CA. After two years in the industry a specialty evolved, working with commercial developers locating prime, high traffic sites for retail development. These transactions lead to Kevin becoming Vice President of one of the largest land development companies in Southern California, where he marketed their entitled sites to national home builders.
Kevin’s extensive knowledge in the development and finance areas and ongoing relationships with regional and community banks provide him with a unique ability to structure complex real estate transactions
