NAI's Chief Experience Officer in Southwest Florida. Kevin M. Fitzgerald, brings to the marketplace 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. An internationally recognized expert on Corporate Services, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Adviser and Implementation Service Provider, a sought after motivational speaker and educator, he has been the worldwide top producer with NAI since 1987. Corporations and individuals alike have turned to Fitzgerald to care for their most critical financial and commercial real estate decisions.
He is a globally aware, results oriented manager. It has been said he successfully partners his sales, marketing, and communications expertise with strong leadership, interpersonal, planning, negotiation, presentation, mentoring, creativity, and problem solving skills. Fitzgerald has a successful track record of achieving business growth, developing winning teams, while exceeding sales objectives.
He has represented BP, Amoco, Midas International and HNI Corp. (f/k/a HON INDUSTRIES), specializing in corporate services with NAI Global. For Amoco, he managed 73 brokers in 33 states for 10 years, and he has been in general sales management for seven years overseeing 30 agents in three offices. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Services at NAI Ruhl Commercial Company in Davenport, Iowa, completing almost a billion dollars in sales worldwide. Fitzgerald is active in REIS, NAIOP, ICSC and CoreNet Global. He is a five-time winner of the NAI Associate of the Year award and has won the International Networking and Chairman's Award six times and in 2000, an international award was named for him. Fitzgerald is the Past Chairman of the NAI Global Leadership Board of Directors.
He is past Chairman of NAI's CREST Development. Fitzgerald has been inducted into the Circle of Excellence at NAI Global and continues to be recognized as an Elite Top Producer in the organization.
