Since completing the UBC Sauder School’s real estate program, Kevin has been involved in real estate development, strata and non-strata property resale as well as successfully marketing numerous residential presale projects.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, Kevin has worked with local and foreign clients, delivering professional and honest real estate consultation the entire step of the way. He has experience in multi-million dollar land assemblies and development sites in the Greater Vancouver region.
Understanding the need for continual professional development and expertise, Kevin is currently studying Urban Land Economics at the UBC Sauder School of Business.
Kevin combines extensive market knowledge with a penchant for advancing community relationships. He devotes his time to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, the BC Cancer Foundation and, to abate his philanthropic soul, successfully established a scholarship at his former high school.
