Kevin Caille is Dalfen Industrial’s Market Officer for the state of Texas and the state of Georgia. He is responsible for the acquisitions, development, and capital deployment strategies in these markets. Kevin has over 14 years of experience in industrial real estate, and he brings a unique perspective from both a brokerage and institutional ownership background. Prior to joining Dalfen, Kevin was a Vice President with DCT Industrial Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DCT), one of the largest industrial REIT’s in the United States. In this role he was responsible for overseeing the leasing, marketing, and portfolio management of a 13 million square foot industrial portfolio in Atlanta and Nashville, as well as source capital deployment opportunities through acquisitions and development.
Kevin received both his MBA and BBA with a concentration in real estate from the University of Georgia, and he is an active member of NAIOP.
