Kesenia Seltzer is an Sr. Transaction Manager in CBRE’s Downtown Los Angeles office and has been with the company for over ten years. Mrs. Seltzer directly assists Vice Chairman R. Todd Doney, one of the foremost leading brokers in Southern California and is responsible for managing the day-to-day real estate projects for his corporate accounts and portfolio clients. She has managed Northern Trust’s real estate portfolio, which encompasses over four million square feet globally, and has been involved in transactions representing Wells Fargo, Cigna, Cedars-Sinai, Nestle, and Southern California Edison. She currently supports a three million square foot portfolio leasing assignment on behalf of Blackstone and Worthe Real Estate Group, manages the leasing of two medical office buildings in Torrance, CA on behalf of Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, and also represents Tia, Inc, a JV-partner with Cedars-Sinai with their leasing strategy throughout Greater Los Angeles.
Mrs. Seltzer began her career in real estate, initially for a residential appraisal and property management company followed by a multi-family brokerage team, prior to joining CBRE.
