Kerry Jackson specializes in all types of commercial property sales, leasing and development. Since beginning his career in 1991, Mr. Jackson has completed over 900 commercial real estate transactions.
Kerry has the following professional affiliations: Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the State of Florida since 1991. Designated member of (SIOR) Society of Industrial and Office Realtors since 2001. Mr. Jackson has accomplished the following achievements: President, Realtors Commercial Society of Palm Beach County, 2002-2003. Director, Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, 2002-2003. Top 25 producers for CBRE in the State of Florida in 2006. Top 5 producers for CBRE’s Palm Beach County office in 2006. (SPOC) Single Point of Contact for Florida Power & Light Company’s surplus land dispositions in the State of Florida from 2009 – 2012. Kerry earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He also completed (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member Courses 101 and 102. Prior to joining Reichel Realty & Investments in 2012, Kerry was Vice President at CBRE for 10 years where he specialized in owner-occupied, industrial real estate. Prior to CBRE, Kerry was a a commercial real estate Salesperson with Fisher-Gaeta-Cromwell-Applefield for 10 years where he specialized in all types of commercial property sales, leasing and development including 5 built-to-suit projects for Gaeta Development Company. Kerry is a Florida native who was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL and now resides in North Palm Beach, FL.
