Bio
Kerianne was born & raised in Canada's Ocean Playground, Nova Scotia. she graduated from university there and extended my education in Maine before pursuing a teaching career. Her teaching career landed her in North Carolina.
Kerianne taught elementary school for 13 years before she entered into the Real Estate & Construction fields. Her firefighter husband began remodeling homes, which led to buying property to remodel and flip, and eventually into purchasing land and building new construction homes.
Kerianne and her husband actively build new construction homes and have a niche within our county as custom home builders.
Her most important jobs are being a Mama Bear to Tucker and Lillie, Fire Wife to her husband Jeremy, and Farm Mom to two Sampsons and a Gypsy. As a family they enjoy being home together, camping, boating, and traveling. She enjoys all things nautical, home decor and designing new homes.
