Prior to joining the firm, he supported his network through strategic growth, consulted for family-offices clients, and served as direct advisor for C-level executives on growth initiatives in the financial valuations industry with Globalview Advisors, Irvine. Prior to age 30, Keon founded an investment sales and marketing group in Colorado upon graduating from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder and has negotiated and transacted real estate across the Western United States.
