Kent’s experience spans over 30 years in commercial real estate with 20 years focused on the Southeast markets. His past roles have included positions as the Director of Leasing for Paradise Development, Senior Leasing Advisor for the Southern States for Madison Marquette and Senior Leasing Associate for both United Properties and Brookfield Properties. Kent is a founding partner of Cobalt Retail Property Partners.
In 2001, Kent launched Westport Realty Group. In his advisory capacity, Kent has completed more than $250 million in property transactions and directed the leasing for more than 50 large shopping centers. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Midwestern State University and is a licensed broker in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.
