Kent joined Healthcare Realty in July 2021 where he oversees leasing for the California portfolio. Most recently, Kent was with PS Business Parks with properties in the Orange County and LA/Midcounty markets. Prior to joining PS Business Parks, Kent was responsible for leasing warehouse, office and retail space at two privately-held real estate investment companies with assets primarily located in and around Southern California, as well as working in brokerage focusing on the Inland Empire. Kent holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Redlands, and a B.A. in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
