Prior to forming Beilin Commercial Real Estate in 1997, Mr. Beilin spent 10 years at Julien J. Studley and Harper-Lawrence acting primarily as a “Tenant Representative” to serve his clientele. In addition, he has also acted as Leasing Agent for landlords’ on over one million square feet of commercial properties which includes the attraction and retention of such tenants as: Tiffany & Company, K- lll Holdings, “Daily News” and “Newsday”. Today, Mr. Beilin focuses 100% of his energies in representing companies with their office space requirements throughout Manhattan. Besides having a strong presence in Midtown and Midtown South, he has also used his expertise and knowledge of tax credits and abatements to serve his clientele in the Wall Street and Brooklyn areas.
