Kendal is from Toms River, New Jersey but grew up in Englewood, Florida. She attended Lemon Bay High School and the University of South Florida. She worked for a real estate attorney’s office in town after college for many years as a real estate closer before her career as a real estate agent began. She started as a transaction coordinator for The Island Team and worked her way to becoming a licensed real estate agent which she is truly enthusiastic about.
Kendal loves the Englewood area and spends her free time on the boat exploring Stump Pass, Boca Grande, and the Gulf of Mexico. She loves to go to the beach and works nights as a restaurant manager at a great local spot, the Sandbar Tiki and Grille located right on Manasota Key beach.
Kendal’s ambition is to share the love she has for her town with everyone. She has created her piece of paradise that she calls home here in Englewood and hopes to help you find yours as well!
