Ms. Cartwright is a Managing Director and is the HR Business Partner dedicated to the Global Real Estate business.
Ms. Cartwright brings nearly 20 years of international human resources experience to the firm. Prior to joining Blackstone, she spent 10 years in Asia, most recently as HR Business Partner for the Asia ETF and Distribution businesses at Blackrock. Ms. Cartwright also spent 13 years at Barclays Investment Bank in HR roles across geographies and functions, including HR Business Partner for Global Research (New York) and Head of HR for Asia Pacific Front Office (Tokyo and Singapore).
