Mr. Tsukahara has been involved with corporate real estate for over 27 years and has been involved with over $1 billion worth of building and land sales, as well as numerous lease transactions. He was based in Los Angeles until 1995 and concentrated on representating Pacific Rim companies with real estate holdings throughout the United States. Since relocating to Silicon Valley, he has expanded his business to include technology companies and has further developed a broad array of domestic and international clientele. Through Colliers' worldwide offices, Mr. Tsukahara has competently represented companies throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Mr. Tsukahara's emphasizes providing his clients with the highest level of representation, whether as a tenant or a landlord. He is devoted to providing the best of class advice and service to his clients and is often rewarded with repeat assignments by his satisfied clients. Having spent four years in Tokyo, Japan learning Japanese and working at a trading company, Mr. Tsukahara uses his language skills and business experience to bridge the communication and cultural gaps of complex real estate transactions.
