Bio
Ken Tasaki is a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Washington Capital, helping to evaluate new acquisition and development opportunities for the company’s commingled funds and separate accounts. In this role, he assists in the analysis, due diligence and closing of new investments. Ken joined WaCap in 2018 and is based in the company’s Seattle headquarters.
Prior to joining WaCap, Ken worked in commercial real estate lending at KeyBank in Chicago, helping to analyze, structure and originate CMBS and bridge loans on all major property types nationwide. He joined KeyBank in 2012 as part of the company’s real estate rotational program, completing stints in special servicing, healthcare real estate lending, and commercial mortgage originations before placing into the Chicago office in 2014.
Ken holds a BA in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
