Driven by his love for coastal real estate, Ken shifted his focus in 2018 from the office REIT world to serving private investors and coastal property owners. Ken handles residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial properties.
Here are a few highlights of Ken’s broad-based experience and education:
• Received an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate at California State Long Beach.
• Worked alongside Heisman Trophy Winner Roger Staubach in his Newport Beach office, focused on corporate real estate advisory and real estate finance.
• Following a decade as an advisor, Ken successfully developed shopping centers for 10 years.
• Served as President for KBS Realty Advisors, one of the nation’s largest non-traded office REITs, overseeing $5 billion in commercial real estate investments.
• Completed an MBA from the University of Southern California.
• Advises individuals, investors, and family offices with various real estate objectives.
• Active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving as a mentor for their Young Leadership Group.
Married to his wife, Laura, for over 25 years. They raised two children in south Orange County.
