Ken Kline has been in commercial real estate since 1970 and specializes in the sales of commercial lots, commercial tracts, commercial and industrial buildings and development land for housing and apartment complexes. He has been recognized as the top commercial salesman many times by the Harrisonburg Board of Realtors. After graduating from Bridgewater College in 1959 with a degree in Business and Economics, Ken served more than four years in the Air Force until he resigned as a Captain in 1964. He went into real estate in 1969 and formed Kline Realty in 1970. He eventually sold the business to current owner Keith May in the 1990s. Examples of Ken’s transactions include the following: Sale of land in Harrisonburg, Rockingham and Augusta County for four Food Lion strip centers; Dukes Plaza in Harrisonburg; three Sheetz locations; Burger King; Grand Piano; Liberty Stations; numerous student housing complexes; and other strip centers and housing developments. He’s also handled the sale of a 214,000 SF Industrial Building in Augusta County and 94 Acres of Industrial Land in Rockingham County/Harrisonburg City.
