Ken has been in the title insurance industry for 48 years, retiring in 2007 just as he was starting to get the hang of it. Most of the time was spent closing commercial real estate transactions from small residential income to large shopping centers and industrial properties. Founder of Title One Corporation in 2000 from which he retired. Ken has lived in the Treasure Valley since 1992 and also spent 7 years in California working with real estate partnership syndications which managed over 100 limited partnerships. Ken enjoys real estate tremendously and when Mike Swope asked him if he wanted to come out of retirement and hang my license with him, he jumped at the chance.
