Ken Fioretti joins Hix Snedeker as a Development Manager with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has provided real estate consulting, market analysis, site selection, and site development services to major corporate clients and national retail companies. Ken has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, leasing, and sales of shopping centers, single-tenant net lease, and central business district properties, and has done deals with various major retailers and numerous regional and independent retailers. Ken lives in Southwest Florida and enjoys playing music, cooking, and spending time with his family on the boat and at the beach.
