With over 19 years of experience in luxury real estate, Ken has specialized in high-end residential sales and consulting for new developments in the Cashiers area. After starting his career with smaller firms, Ken joined Allen Tate, the Carolinas' largest real estate company. He is the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and is a Ninja-certified Owner/Broker of The Ken Fernandez Group, part of the Allen Tate family.
Ken has been involved in leadership roles in his community, serving as President of the Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce from 2011 to 2013 and as President of the Highlands-Cashiers Board of Realtors. He was also a founding board member of the Jackson County Tourism and Development Authority.
