Ken is the Vice President of Underwriting and Analysis and handles underwriting, analysis, due diligence, closings and other various functions at Electra Capital.
He is a graduate of Boston College and has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. Immediately before joining Electra Capital, Ken was a Managing Director at Raymond James and led the Canadian REIT Equity Research effort, covering over 20 companies across various property sectors. He has also spent time as the Vice President-Finance at First Potomac Realty Trust, an NYSE-listed public REIT, and as Senior Vice President US REIT Research at Raymond James.
