Kemp Broujos joined the CBRE Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Properties Team in Washington, DC in January 2016. Kemp focuses on the canvassing, marketing, and execution of multifamily sales transactions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and has gained extensive knowledge of the District’s Tenant Rights and Rent Control procedures. Since joining the team, Mr. Broujos has assisted in transactions involving over 403 communities with an aggregate value exceeding $28 billion. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Broujos worked for a private developer based in Columbia, SC. Kemp’s primary role included financial analysis and technology research.
