Kelly Siegal is a Managing Director of Marketing and leads Greystar’s In-House Marketing Agency, a consumer-facing marketing group. This group is focused on consultation, strategy, creative campaigns and content, web development, communications, marketing project and account management, and positioning and executing elevated marketing. She also oversees the Investment Marketing Support and Development Marketing Support teams, which meld portfolio support of both owned and third-party assets, adding unapparelled creativity, innovation, value, and quality for properties and clients.
With over five years of multifamily experience gained at Alliance Residential and over eighteen years of strategic marketing and ad agency experience, Kelly is versed in building and structuring core teams, services, and offerings that drive value. She created the first in-house ad and digital agency within a multifamily company at Alliance. As an ad agency executive working with national and international brands, she grew as an expert in client services, branding, media buying, social media, and workflow development. She oversaw agency growth through new business initiatives and current client growth through new and innovative ideas and campaigns while optimizing the agency structure.
Kelly earned her degree in Business and Communications from Arizona State University.
