With over 20 years of experience in the property and asset management industry, Kelly has expertise in working with both local and national developers on site selection, market statistics, underwriting, design, construction management, brand management and property management. Her diverse real estate background enables her to be a valuable contributor throughout the development process, while her property management background helps guide the design process and operational success. Kelly studied at George Mason University and holds a CPM certificate.
