As Senior Managing Director of Newmark’s Apartment Advisors Group in Sacramento, Kelly Rivett specializes in the marketing and sale of multi-housing properties located throughout Northern California. His emphasis is in Sacramento and the surrounding counties of Placer, El Dorado, Yolo and San Joaquin. He is consistently recognized as a top producer in the Sacramento and Roseville offices.
Rivett has been active in the Sacramento real estate industry as an investor and advisor since 1997. He began his real estate career with the Mortgage Consultants Group, where he focused on residential mortgages. In 2000, he joined Grubb & Ellis’ Multifamily Investment Group in Sacramento and later formed the Apartment Advisors Group in 2012.
