Although Kelly Zanella has lived in Saratoga County for the past 27 years, she is a Rensselaer County (Troy) native and has also lived in Albany County. Having worked in multiple areas including Saratoga Springs, Rotterdam, and Clifton Park, exemplifies Kelly’s comprehensive and intimate knowledge of the distinct communities in the Capital District area. Formally educated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Kelly has a diverse professional background in finance, and accounting, as well as livestock breeding, sales, and marketing. Kelly’s past professional experience includes Cash Manager for The Golub Corporation and Assistant Controller for Kraft Foodservice in Clifton Park. Kelly founded and operated the agricultural businesses; “Spa Alpacas,” and a thoroughbred breeding operation “Quinella Farm” in the Town of Milton. In 2010 Kelly sold the agricultural business and moved into Saratoga Springs. Together with her husband, Paul, Kelly has invested in farm property, condominium and townhouse properties and multi-family properties throughout Saratoga County. With her extreme diligence, diverse business and real estate experience, Kelly exhibits great care with each client.
