Broker in Charge Kelly High specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, medical office, land and multi-family properties as well as project management, entitlements and rezoning. She brings numerous years of real estate and construction experience.
Kelly is a licensed Broker in both North and South Carolina, a licensed General Contractor, and Broker in Charge of TBC Property Management.
Kelly’s prior experience includes 15 years of service with Sperry Van Ness and Coldwell Banker in Rock Hill and Columbia, SC. Previously, Kelly served as a General Manager with Stock Building Supply and owned and operated her own custom cabinet business.
Kelly attended Spartanburg Methodist College and Limestone College. She is an active member of Good Sheppard United Methodist Church. Kelly is an avid golfer, enjoys outdoor activities, riding her Harley and lives in Rock Hill with her husband Shannon and their three dogs, Winston, Luke and Morgan.
