As a full-time professional real estate agent, Kelly enjoys helping her clients determine exactly what they desire in a home, finding them that home, and not settling for the status quo. Together they dream about it, reach for it, and obtain it. Her interest in real estate began in 1989 when she invested in a quadruplex. Over the next several years, Kelly continued expanding on investments, accumulating seventy-five units. As her four children grew and became self-sufficient, she asked herself, "OK, what do I want to be when I grow up?" At that point, Kelly realized that staying in real estate was her passion and the transition to residential sales was a natural one. Kelly obtained her Florida Residential Real Estate license in 2005 and continues to maintain her Florida license as well as her North Carolina license as the two markets are heavily intertwined and she can service her clients with homes in both areas.
