As a leasing broker with the Urban Team, Kelly represents both Boston landlords and a diverse range of tenants, many of whom aim to leverage their real estate to enhance their brand and attract top talent. In a competitive landscape, a tenant’s real estate can be a key factor in brand development and employee retention. Whether working on behalf of landlords or tenants, Kelly is dedicated to understanding each client’s goals and providing expert guidance to help them achieve those objectives.
Kelly joined Colliers in 2021 as a Research Analyst. In this position she contributed to the creation of the firm's quarterly Market Viewpoints as well as collaborating across various brokerage and advisory teams on client work and presentations, including labor analytics and market trend analysis. In this role she developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate and market fundamentals used in her role today.
