Kelley has more than seven years in retail leasing, joining KLNB in 2017 after four and a half years at Streetsense. Prior to leasing, Kelley spent seven years on the construction side working on large mixed-use projects for clients including Kettler, LCOR and The Shooshan Company.
As a Retail Leasing Specialist, Kelley specializes in both landlord and tenant representation. On the landlord side, Kelley has extensive experience conducting site analyses, developing merchandising strategies, performing market due diligence, implementing, and executing leases for notable clients. On the tenant side, she focuses on strategic market expansion, representing sought-after national and local retailers such as Philz Coffee, Levain Bakery, Maydan, Lebanese Taverna, La Jambe, Shelter Shop and Sugar Shack.
