Kelley Maher is a senior leasing professional specializing in mixed-use commercial space. She has been responsible for the leasing activity of properties in California, Florida, Texas and other select project across the United States. Most recently, Kelley was a Vice President of Leasing for Rouse Properties/Brookfield Retail from 2015 until March, 2018. She primarily focused on the $150 million redevelopment of The Shoppes at Carlsbad. Serving as lead on the leasing team, Kelley collaborated with the development, marketing, box, construction, and local leasing teams to carefully execute the creative and strategic positioning of the property. Curating prospects with a focus on restaurants and exciting new retailers, including new tenants Zara, H&M, Forever 21, Pandora, Francesca’s, So Ha Home, Go Fruit, Yard House, Cheese Cake Factory, Islands, and Top Golf.
Kelley was a Senior Leasing Executive with Craig Realty Group from 2013-2015. She previously was the Senior Vice President of Leasing for Madison Marquette from 2006 to 2013, serving as the lead leasing agent on Madison Marquette’s Southern California portfolio. The portfolio included, 1055 Wall Street, and Wall Street Plaza, La Jolla as well as Del Mar Plaza, Del Mar, and Plaza Paseo Real in Carlsbad. Additionally, as one of Madison Marquette’s top performing leasing agents, she also worked on Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Texas; Mercato in Naples, Florida; Old Hyde Park in Tampa, Florida as well as Bell Tower Shops in Fort Meyers, Florida.
Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mrs. Maher was a Leasing Representative for Simon Property Group in Boston, where she was responsible for the leasing, leasing budgets, and merchandising of the Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis Massachusetts; Emerald Square Mall in Attleboro Massachusetts; Square One Mall in Saugus, Massachusetts as well as Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
