Keith is a founding partner to GCW and retired from the Partnership in 2016 but remains part of the team as a Consultant to the firm. He regularly advises both owners and occupiers of premises ranging from prime shops to large stores, with considerable experience in acquisitions, disposals, investment advice, property strategy and development. Keith is on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and regularly accepts appointments on rent review and lease renewal disputes relating to supermarkets and department stores.
