Keith A. Myers, president/CEO, has served at the helm of MorseLife Health System since 2007, and he brings with him an impressive history of accomplishment and extensive background in health care. He came to MorseLife after holding that position for more than seven years at Montefiore in Beachwood, Ohio. A seasoned professional, Mr. Myers has a significant background in the management of major multi-faceted health care organizations and particular expertise in operations, financial management, quality improvement, strategic planning, board relations and institutional advancement.
Keith is a Chairman for the Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators, a gubernatorial appointment. He also is Not-For-Profit Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Florida Health Care Association (FHCA), Florida's largest advocacy organization for senior care providers. He has been Nursing Home Chair and Regional Vice Chair of Advocacy for the Florida Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (FAHSA) and on the Board of Directors of the Florida Health Care Association's Quality Foundation. He has also been a board member of the Association of Jewish Aging Services (AJAS), a member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, and the American Health Care Association. He was Chairman for the Social Services Division of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland.
As a testament to his work in the field of philanthropy, Keith was recently invited to serve on the Advisory Board of the George H. Heyman Jr. Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising at New York University.
He holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from the Medical College of Virginia, as well as a Certificate in Executive Management in Health Care from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
