About Keith Lynam<br><br>Lynam is a Principal with Platinum Real Estate Professionals and is currently <br>President of the Nevada REALTORS® (NVR), the largest trade organization in <br>Nevada. In 2015, Lynam served as President of the Greater Las Vegas Association <br>of REALTORS® (GLVAR), which at approximately 14,000 members is one of the <br>largest local Associations in the country.<br><br>Lynam is one of only two REALTORS® to have served as NVR Legislative <br>Chairman for two sessions, 2009 and 2013. He also served as NVR REALTOR®<br>Political Action Committee Chairman in 2014 and 2015. Lynam will serve as <br>Nevada REALTORS® Political liaison to Governor Sisolak for the 2019 <br>Legislative session.<br><br>Before becoming a REALTOR® in 2004, Lynam owned one of Nevada’s largest <br>independent public affairs firms running over 80 political campaigns (winning over <br>80%!) and directing the legislative affairs efforts of some of the largest <br>corporations in the West. <br><br>Being involved in political campaigns and legislative efforts for over 25 years and <br>in a leadership role with the largest trade association, has positioned Lynam in a <br>unique position for the 2019 Nevada Legislative session. Lynam will have a <br>leading role in shaping public policy for the real estate community and <br>corresponding issues within our state.<br><br>In addition to his involvement with the REALTOR® Association, Lynam has <br>achieved “Best New Agent”, “Rising Star”, “Leading Edge” and “Chairman’s <br>Circle” awards for sales excellence with one of Nevada’s largest brokerages before <br>becoming a Principal with Platinum RE Professionals.<br><br>Lynam was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2012, for GLVAR and inducted <br>into National Association of REALTORS® PAC Hall of Fame in 2015. He is <br>honored to be a Past Dean of Trustees for NVAR’s widely respected Leadership <br>Program and currently is a Senior Faculty Instructor for GLVAR and a certified <br>Ninja Sales Trainer.
