Keith currently oversees a local team of 32 professionals managing a portfolio consisting of approximately 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties for 27 clients in the Salt Lake Valley Market. In his role as Managing Director he is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day management, operations, tenant relations, improvements, project management, vendor contract management and strategic fiscal planning of property assets. The CBRE team partners with ownership to deliver “best-in-class” property management services.
Keith started his real estate career over 20 years ago. Before joining CBRE, he administered facility operations in New Jersey for a secondary educational campus with responsibility for developing strategic, long-range plans for campus growth. He was directly involved in the building and operation of several campus additions including a lower school, science laboratories, library, theatre and indoor ice rink. After relocating to Utah, Keith managed the corporate campus of a high technology research, development and manufacturing company with full responsibility for facility operations and administrative and community services. Eventually Keith moved to managing a portfolio of retail, manufacturing, industrial and warehouse distribution properties for private investors. Throughout his career Keith has been actively involved in a variety of professional organizations catering to the needs of real estate professionals such as BOMA, IFMA, APPA and the NJAIS.
