Keith is a Partner of Dowley Turner Real Estate LLP.
Keith specialises in large scale distribution buildings and developments, and has a broad role in all aspects of Agency, Development and Investment. Keith has over 20 years experience in Industrial Agency. His career began in 1984 at Chamberlain & Willows and he later became a founding Partner of Holley Blake, the South East’s leading Industrial Agency and Development Specialists. Following the sale of Holley Blake in 2006, Keith was appointed an Executive Director of the National Business Team at CB Richard Ellis and was responsible for the Office and Industrial, Agency and Development Teams.
Keith has enjoyed a long and successful association with many of the key players in this sector and has played a significant role in the acquisition and funding of many development sites, successful pre-letting campaigns, as well as Investment sales and acquisitions.
Keith recently advised on the sale of SEGRO’s £80m Westcore multi-let estates portfolio. In 2007 he advised Gladman on the sale of 4m sq ft vacant warehouses for £180m, and has advised Bericote Properties on the acquisition of over 200 acres of Development Land.
