He also spearheaded the development of a 155,000-sf shopping center located in southwest Gainesville, overseeing the project through design phases, financing, lease up, and eventual disposition.
Prior to his career at GREMCO, Keith was the Regional Manager for Equity Residential Trust, the largest apartment owner in the country. Keith’s responsibilities included the management of nine properties representing 2,000 units located in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida. He was responsible for market research, due diligence, acquisition, and repositioning properties for future disposition with value-added strategies. Keith is a licensed Florida real estate broker and has served as a consultant to banks and institutional owners, as well as an expert witness for several court cases related to real estate.
Keith has deep roots in the Gainesville community and has served in various roles at several charitable organizations and industry trade groups.
