Keegan Kelly plays a crucial role as a trusted member of the brokerage team. Keegan will be actively involved in both tenant and landlord representation within the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area and a specialized focus on markets in central and southern Virginia. Prior to joining Rappaport, Keegan held positions at Segall Group and The Morgan Companies, representing local, regional, and national tenants on their expansions in the DMV, most notably working with Sprouts Farmers Market throughout Virginia. As a Brokerage Representative with Rappaport, Keegan draws upon his five years of commercial real estate experience to partner with senior brokerage team members to develop growth strategies for expanding tenants and represent landlords to help create a sense of place and strong merchandising within their assets. Keegan is an active member of ICSC and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance from James Madison University.
