I am a Broker Associate and a lifelong resident of Deep East Texas on beautiful Lake Sam Rayburn. I have been a multi-million dollar producer since 2010 and a designated GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), and also team leader for The 3:16 Team. I have a passion for my work and absolutely love helping my clients buy and sell property. I consider it my honor to assist with such major decisions and find it so rewarding to see the big smiles on my clients’ faces when their real estate dreams are realized. I strive to treat everyone as I would have them treat me and to work as if I am working for the Lord.
I have been married to the love of my life, David Smith, for 27 years and have one daughter (Katelyn, 24), three grown bonus children (two of whom served in the U.S. Army), and 15 adorable grandchildren. My husband and I are active members at Harmony Hill Baptist Church in Lufkin, own a trucking business, and love spending our spare time on the best lake in Texas—Lake Sam Rayburn. I truly enjoy all aspects of my life and consider it a blessing to work alongside other realtors who also put integrity before self at Legacy Real Estate Group.
