Katie Sapieha began her career with CBRE in 2008 and is now a Vice President in CBRE’s Calgary office. Katie is an expert advisor in the Calgary office leasing market, working as part of the industry-leading CBRE Calgary Office Leasing and Sales Team.
With nearly 14 years in the commercial real estate industry, Katie brings a unique lens to advising the team’s clients based on her background working in industrial leasing and sales for eight years before transitioning to the office leasing market.
Katie specializes in portfolio management, landlord representation, platform services, local tenant representation, and owner-user sales. Katie is a strong communicator and brings a motivated, high-energy approach to delivering outstanding customer service to tenants and landlords alike.
Katie is a former CBRE Canada Rookie of the Year (2013), holds an Honors BMO in Finance from the University of Western Ontario, and is an active board member of several charitable organizations.
