Katie has been a licensed Ohio real estate agent since 2020. She is also a licensed agent in the state of Florida. She joined the Gerspacher Group in 2021 to focus on selling, leasing and investing in commercial real estate.
In addition to real estate, Katie currently holds an of-counsel attorney position at Cavitch, Familo & Durkin Co., L.P.A. in Cleveland, Ohio where she focuses her law practice in the area of domestic relations. Professionally, Katie has over a decade of experience in complex legal drafting and contract negotiations. In addition, she has an extensive track record in effective settlement negotiation as well as involvement in complex litigation.
Katie serves on the executive committee of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association where she is currently serving as the CMLAA’s Vice President. In addition, Katie serves locally on the board of Medina Creative Housing. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Katie grew up in Parma and has resided in the Cleveland, Ohio area all of her life. She currently resides in Medina where she was introduced to Troy Gerspacher and made the decision to transition into the commercial real estate profession.
